Our privately owned 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is comfortably furnished and can accommodate up to 8 guests + cot. It is fully air conditioned and provides everything that is needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

Cumbrian Lakes is set well back from Poinciana Boulevard in a
peaceful and pleasant conservation area with lakes, walking
trails and children’s play area. The private approach road is
lined with palms which are illuminated at night.

The Villa is in a perfect location for all major attractions Orlando has to offer.  It is conveniently located less than 15 minutes from the Disney Theme Parks, 20 minutes from Sea World, 25 minutes from Universal Studios and only 5 minutes from Highway 192 with a wide range of shops, restaurants and other attractions.  Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away.

The Living area of the villa is in a modern open plan style incorporating the Lounge area, Kitchen and Dining area.  The Lounge area is carpeted and has relaxing and comfortable leather reclining sofas.  There are ceiling fans in all rooms and the vaulted cathedral ceilings give an extra feeling of spaciousness.  Patio doors lead from the lounge to the pool deck and there is a switchable alarm for child safety.

There is a 32” Cable TV in the Lounge with an entertainment system including a DVD Player, CD Player and Stereo plus a selection of DVD's CD's and Books. There is also a Wireless Internet connection for use with laptops and all phone calls within the USA and to Canada are free.

A feature of the villa is the extended and comfortably furnished  Pool Deck overlooking the conservation area and with views of one of the nearby lakes.  The South facing pool and spa are great for relaxing after a day at the theme parks or just simply chilling out. Alternatively the shade of the Lanai, with overhead fan, provides the ideal spot to eat, read, or just doze and at night the underwater lighting in the Pool and Spa creates a great back-drop for evening relaxation.

The fully screened Pool Deck has a removable fence for child safety and there is also a pool-side shower.
