The South facing pool and spa are great for relaxing after a day at the theme parks or just simply chilling out. Alternatively the shade of the Lanai, with overhead fan, provides the ideal spot to eat, read, or just doze and at night the underwater lighting in the Pool and Spa creates a great back-drop for evening relaxation.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons. including a 4-ring cooker with large oven, microwave, large double door fridge freezer with water filter and ice maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, plentiful supply of cutlery, cooking utensils and crockery for indoor and outdoor eating and drinking. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools.
The Dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and next to a Bay window overlooking the Pool Deck and conservation area.
The Master Bedroom overlooks the Pool Deck and has a huge King Size bed . It is tastefully furnished and carpeted and there is a television with Cable TV, DVD player and telephone extension. There are two walk-in closets, one of which has a safe for any valuables.
The fabulous en-suite bathroom has his and her hand basins, corner bath, large walk-in shower, hair dryer and separate WC.
The Second Bedroom is tastefully carpeted and furnished and has a double built-in wardrobe and ample drawer space. There is a large Queen size bed together with an adjacent bathroom with bath and shower over. There is Cable TV and a hair dryer.
The first twin bedroom has a Golf theme and is a TV free zone! It is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished and carpeted. There is a built-in wardrobe and ample drawer space.
Located between the two twin bedrooms is a ‘Jack and Jill’ style bathroom comprising of a vanity basin and units, hair dryer and storage cupboard. The bath with shower over and WC is in a separate room.
The second twin bedroom is tastefully decorated, comfortably furnished and carpeted. There is a built-in wardrobe, ample drawer space, and Cable TV.
If the Theme Parks, Swimming Pool and Spa, Cable TV etc are not enough there is Table Football and a large Pool table in the Games Room.
The Villa is fully equipped with all facilities. There is a separate area housing full laundry facilities, including a large capacity washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. All bed linen and towels including pool towels are provided.
