Booking Deposit - £100/$150 per week
Refundable Security Deposit - £200/$300

For Easter/Chrismas/New Year periods - minimum stay 1 week
For rentals of 6 nights or less, a surcharge of £60/$95 is made for cleaning

Discounts may be given for stays over 2 weeks

Optional Extras:

-  Pool and Spa Heating £85/$140 per week
(should only be needed between October and April)

Crib and High Chair available at no extra cost (guests to supply own linen and blankets for Crib)
